Simpsons Fold Completed

The transformation of an existing redundant office space has been completed. The client has created a fantastic two bed flat in the heart of Leeds city centre. The exposed concrete structure combined with a bespoke lighting strategy and high spec finishes throughout have created an atmospheric industrial look. UP Architecture Ltd worked with the client to create a floorplan that worked for him. We also produced and submitted all planning, NHBC and building control documentation.
