Another Project UP and Running!

Planning permission has been granted for this two two storey side extension in Sowerby, Halifax.

The extra space will almost double the footprint of the existing house; providing a new dining and utllity room on the ground floor and a new master bedroom with ensuite on the first floor.

The extension will be built in traditional Yorkshire stone, fitting beautifully with the existing building and looking right at home into the surrounding Yorkshire countryside.
