The 'Stage' is Set!

'Stage Expresso & Brewbar' opened its doors to the public today after the refurbishment of the grade II listed building. UP helped with the project; surveying the existing shop and producing existing and proposed floor plans. We worked with the conservation officer to return the shop front back to its original frontage and worked with the interior designer to create a warm and welcoming place. UP achieved Listed Building Consent and Change of Use for the client.
